Protection

Protection, yes protection. God gives us protection. The Tornado that God had control over did not come to our town. Thank you Jesus! The siren did go off. About 17 people and 2 dogs in our neighbors storm shelter. God does keep us safe! He does, and even if a tornado did come, he would still be with us! Don't you love God? I do! Even though sometimes we don't think what he is doing makes sense. We have to trust him. We have to trust him. Thank you for your prayers! We see again and again his miraculous works. So join me in praise to him for keeping us safe! Praise just doesn't mean to sing it means lots of things, and as I sit here writing this post and drinking a cherry limeade from Sonic I am thankful.

Last Goodbyes

Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our Grammy and Papa. It was time for them to go home. We miss you guys so much already! We had a great time and can't wait to do it again! Love you and thanks for every thing!

The True Meaning of Easter

Happy Easter! What does that mean to you when you hear that phrase? Do you think of candy? Or maybe you think of carrots and the Easter bunny, do you know the true meaning of Easter? Jesus rose again! Jesus died on the cross as a man for our sins. He went to hell to get the keys. Then he rose again on the third day. Before Jesus died on the cross we couldn't get saved. God sent his only son to die for us. He couldn't of rise again if he didn't die. On Easter morning most people get ready for church bring Easter eggs and get in the car. When they get there they sing, read the bible, and then have an Easter egg hunt. I am not saying hunting eggs and exchanging gifts are wrong. It matters that you know the true meaning of Easter. That you don't get caught up in the Easter bunny and candy. Jesus washed away our sins. If you believe that Jesus died on the cross and rose again, you will be saved. Jesus has risen! He is alive! Shout the good news! Jesus is Lord, he has Risen!

It's No Coincidence It's Just Jesus

My last post was about prayer. And if two or more agree in his name (Jesus) it will be done. That is in the bible and the bible is truth. Now how do you tell if it is God or just a coincidence. There is no coincidence. All good gifts come from above. That is in the bible too. It's no coincidence, it's just Jesus. Some people might say, well... But don't listen to them. Tell them the truth! As I said before, it's no coincidence, it's just Jesus.

The Power of Prayer (part one)

Do you know the power of prayer? If so, good for you! If not, this post is for you! Either way I suggust you read this post...

God is the ruler of all. One gift he gave us is prayer. It is a wonderful gift. Prayer is more powerful than you think, way more powerful. Did you know you have the power of life and death in your tounge? You do! If someone was on the floor dead, you could raise them from the dead with God's help. Let me start more at the beggining, When you pray you have to have faith. Even if it is as tiny as a mustard seed. That is in the bible by the way. Go to Wallmart and get a little package of mustard seeds. I bet you could spare a doller or two. Look at how tiny it is. Feel how small and round it is. If you have faith as small as that seed, it works. Once you have a little seed it can grow. If you plant a seed a big plant grows from it. God is planting a little seed in you that will grow. Have a little faith and it will grow. Okay we have step one: FAITH.
Now for step two. You have to belive. Then trust. I am just explaning a few things. I am still learning. There are many diffrent forms of doing prayer. It works all ways though. You can speak it out, write him a letter, and pray to him in your heart and soul. Those are just a few. As I said before it works no matter how you do it. So pray today and let God lead you. I will write more on this later. I am sure God will put more on my heart. This is just the beggining. Just you wait. You have not even seen a little of what God can do.

Grammy and Papa are here! They had safe travels and we are so happy they are here! Can't wait to spend time with them.

Ana has the croup. UGH. Please pray for Ana. You all know how it feels when someone in your family is sick. Again please pray for Ana to get better and our family's protection.
