Special things...

...about our home and home life...

An old brick house
Names written in the concrete on our front porch
Creaky floors
Attic rooms
Laughing at the dinner table
Good smells coming from the kitchen
Music
Family
Playing pretend
Pictures on the fridge
Clapping after we say amen
Bible reading together
Mom's windowsill
Hearts dedicated to the Lord

...are just a few

Brother and Sister...

I love this picture...

It is such a sweet moment captured between these two. Nothing posed, just them doing their own thing together. Brother and Sister. Together. Loving each other in their own little way. So sweet. A memory to keep forever...

Emily

Friday morning I flew to Amarillo TX. to surprise my friend Emily for her birthday! She was so surprised, and we had SO much fun together!! I mean, 13 is a pretty big deal, right?! Emily is one of my closest friends. She is very spirit filled, beautiful on the inside, and on the outside! You can visit her blog here:  http://setapart-emily.blogspot.com

We went to some fun places, saw other friends, and just had a fun time with each other!

Thanks Emily, for a fun time, and memories that I will remember for always!

Memorial Box Monday: Memories

I personaly love memories! Isn't that what Memorial Box Monday is about? Looking back at all the memories we have, looking back on the GOD memories. If you have read my blog for a while, you will probably remeber we moved in July, so this last weekend, we went back to help our old neighbors move. These neighbors are truly like family to us, and their story of faith is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! So, as I went down to the pond, and the tree house, and our fort one last time, I remembed all the shared MEMORIES. I think back to all the hours spent there, all the memories made there. Looking back on the MEMORIES today...
