A Prayer Request...

My Mom is is sick. We all know how it feels to be sick. Will you please pray for healing for her? Also if she does not feel better soon (and when I say soon I mean like tomorrow morning) we will not get to go to the Ramp. I have mentioned the Ramp before, but have never really told you what it is. The Ramp is a program. A program that gets together to worship and obey God. The one that we are planning to go to we are worshiping and they have a message. What they are speaking is the truth. Not all churches speak the truth. (and no the Ramp is not a church) I am really excited. My bags are almost all the way pack. The only thing really is for Mom to feel better. We have prayed and God knows and cares about the desires of our hearts. Will you join us in prayer for Mom to feel better? That would bless us a lot. It says some where in the bible. If two or more agree in his name it will be given. (his meaning Jesus) To learn more about the Ramp go to:http://www.theramp.org/ Mom is on am antibiotic. The cookies are made and ready we just need her to get well, and fast! I read a blog (http://aplacecalledsimplicity.blogspot.com/) and one of their names for God is Jehovah of the last minuet. It is amazing to read about all the times God has helped them in the last minuet. Comes up and surprises them! He has done that for us too! Well I better get thinking on that post I promised! Please pray! Prayer has power! Prayer works!

Moving and an Update

Moving. That pretty much says it all. We are moving! We have know that for quite a while, but God just showed us where. I can not tell you where cause of evil people who happen on this blog, but keep us in your prayers. I am ready for a change. I know my posts are short of late, but a good one is coming up. I promise! We are busy. Birthdays and coming up, the Ramp! (I will tell you more about the Ramp later.) Then the fact that we are moving. Please (again) keep us in your prayers. We still need some things to happen. I know this is another brief post but stay tuned!

Friends from (old) Home

The past few days we have got to see some of our friends from home, where we used to live. It was so good to see them! We talked non stop, went to the movies, and just plain had fun! Friends are a true blessing from the Lord!

Winning the Race

Today at the track one of the churches in town had a few races to raise money for this little girl's adoption

There was a 5k, a quarter mile for the little kids, and a mile. My Dad ran in the 5k and I ran in the mile. My Dad does triathlons and he is going to train me for one this summer. This is only the second race I have run. I could not believe it when I was neck and neck with this very short boy and I wasn't gonna let him win. So I didn't. I came in first for the female and over all. I was so surprised. I hadn't even trained that much. There is still another race I haven't finished yet though. It's the race of life. I am praying for God to lead me and keep me on the right track. I am going to win the race of life, though, with God's help I can. I pray that you will win it too. So keep praying and listing and believing and obeying. God please help us win this race and please you. We want to please you. Let's keep running and win the race.

Revelation (coming soon)

I have started the book of Revelation and I want to share with you what God teaches me through it. The book of Revelation has always stood out to me in a way. My first question is, what does the word revalation mean? It means the unveiling of something previously hidden. How awesome is that? I would love it if you read along with me and not just read the posts I write about it. I want to have a revelation. Don't you?
